Integrating the activities into the curriculum or courses and defining learning outcomes. Deciding who can provide the education and what competencies and capacities need to be created within the team of educators.
Integration

Before starting this stage you can ask yourself some questions:

  • When and how should we implement the activities?
  • What format is best to deliver the training (outdoors, indoors, digital)?
  • Who can deliver the education?

Outcomes:

  • Educators or instructors have made a plan on when/where and how to implement the activities
  • Know who is able to deliver the training
  • Have defined their learning outcomes
