Stage 2 - Impact analysis

Analysing impacts and defining key topics based on relevance and interest.
Impact analysis

Before starting this stage you can ask yourself some questions:

  • What is the impact of your sport / courses / participant’s behaviour (positive and negative)?
  • What is most important to deal with – for the sport in general, for the environment or place I am practicing the sport, for our audience?
  • How can we minimize our negative impact and maximize our positive ones?
  • What interests you most to deal with and learn more about?

How to find out about the impacts of your sport?

SEE Reports on global topics and general impacts of outdoor sports.
SEE Report on challenges seen from protected area managers.
